aṣṭāṅga yoga practice
It was back in 2013 that I first walked into a Mysore room and felt I had found a place I could call home. I practiced Ashtanga yoga before and was attracted to the style, but something about group-instructed classes wasn't working for me.
It was only when I felt that I belonged and still be by myself, be seen and accepted, that I felt I was exactly where I needed to be.
I've been practicing Ashtanga yoga Mysore style ever since and have been teaching since 2017.
If you wish to dive into Ashtanga yoga or deepen your current practice, you're more than invited to join my Mysore classes, weekly Led-Primary class (which is also available online), or schedule a private class.
More info below.
Join my weekly classes:

At some moments in life, we have the need for more attention and guidance. This can also happen within our yoga practice.
We might feel intimidated by the practice and long for a supportive hand to walk us safely into the practice, or maybe have an injury (physical or emotional), we wish to work with, or just want to dive deeper into the practice with zero distractions.
Having one-on-one time with a teacher can be a wonderful support at times such as these.
If you wish to be seen and have a safe space to be and to connect to your body, energy, and soul - you are more than invited to contact me.
We'll start with a talk and continue from there.
